These Terms of Service govern your use of Hirevers Academy at academy.hirevers.com, a service operated by Hirevers. By using Hirevers Academy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Hirevers Academy is

Hirevers Academy is a discovery platform for free webinars, workshops, bootcamps, courses, and meetups related to technology careers. Events are organized and hosted by independent organizers on their own platforms, such as Zoom or Google Meet. Hirevers does not host, run, or control these events.

2. Accounts

You sign in to Hirevers Academy with your Hirevers account. The terms of the main Hirevers platform also apply to that account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

3. Organizers

When you publish an event, you confirm that:

• the information you publish is accurate, including the date, time, format, and registration link;
• the event is free to attend;
• you have the right to share everything you upload, including cover images; and
• the event follows our Community Guidelines.

You are solely responsible for your event and for how you run it. We may edit, hide, or remove any event at our discretion, especially when it is reported or appears to violate these terms.

4. Attendees

Registration links lead to third-party websites. Hirevers is not responsible for the content, quality, or availability of events, or for the practices of third-party platforms. Please use your own judgment before sharing personal information with an organizer.

5. Certificates of participation

Certificates of participation are issued by Hirevers Academy when an attendee enters the attendance code that the organizer shared during the event. A certificate confirms that the attendee claimed attendance with a valid code. It does not certify skills, grades, or accreditation, and it is not endorsed by any educational authority.

Organizers may revoke certificates they believe were claimed without real attendance. Hirevers may revoke certificates or remove events in cases of fraud or abuse. The current status of every certificate is shown on its public verification page. You must not alter, forge, or misrepresent any certificate.

6. Paid promotions

Organizers can pay to promote an event. Payments are made in Bitcoin. The amount is locked for 24 hours, and a promotion starts once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, so please check the amount and address before sending. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we will review it.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Hirevers Academy to post scams, fake or misleading events, spam, or illegal content; to collect payments or sensitive personal data through event links; to manipulate views, clicks, reports, or certificates; or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Hirevers Academy is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Hirevers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from events, organizers, third-party websites, or the use of certificates.

9. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or end access to Hirevers Academy for anyone who violates these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
